Stuff Made From Things - vintage red bead earrings

These beautiful nailhead glass beads were found in a vintage French haberdashery store online. They were made in the 1920s and would originally have been used to decorate fabric dresses, bags and millinery.

They have been combined with a striking geometric brass pendant

These earrings measure 2.5 and are hung on gold plated ear wires


Please take care of these earrings - being vintage glass the beads are fragile.
Brass patinas with time and moisture but can be bought back to a shine with Brasso and a soft cloth
